The KERRY® summer range brings together automotive chemicals and car care products for maintaining paintwork, glass, wheels, tires, exterior plastic and the cabin. It includes shampoos for routine washing, glass and body cleaners, products for stubborn contamination, several types of wheel cleaner, tire dressings, dashboard polishes, color restorers and paint for unpainted exterior plastic. Clean the Engine Bay
In summer, dust, road grime, oil film and traces of service fluids accumulate quickly in the engine bay. Heat bakes deposits onto surfaces, while a heavy layer of dirt can hide oil, coolant or other fluid leaks. KERRY® engine cleaners soften contamination on plastic covers, metal parts, hoses and rubber components so it can be rinsed away. Clean only a cool, switched-off engine, protect moisture-sensitive electrical components and follow the product directions. Summer paintwork quickly collects dust, insect residue, tree sap, road film and water spots. If left in place, deposits become harder to remove and may harm the clearcoat. KERRY® concentrated car shampoos remove routine contamination with minimal mechanical contact. Follow the stated dilution: excess concentrate increases alkalinity and product consumption without improving a properly performed wash. After washing, KERRY® waxes and polishes restore gloss, enrich color and leave a protective film that reduces dirt adhesion. Wash and polish in the shade on cool panels so products do not dry prematurely or leave streaks.

Wheel Cleaners
Wheels are exposed to road dirt, brake dust, embedded metal particles, rust staining, limescale and cement residue. The KERRY® range includes acidic, acid-free and pH-neutral cleaners for different tasks. Acidic KR-552 Foamy Wheel Cleaner tackles difficult mineral deposits, cement residue, limescale and stubborn brake dust, but requires careful use and thorough rinsing. Acid-free KR-952 is a milder choice for regular care. The latest KC-554 pH-Neutral Wheel and Body Cleaner with Color Indicator removes ferrous particles, brake dust, flash rust and road contamination. It turns dark magenta as it reacts, making the cleaning process easy to monitor. When used as directed, it is suitable for various wheel finishes, bodywork and tires.

Road dust, dirt and tar particles quickly dull tire sidewalls in summer, while heat and ultraviolet exposure accelerate rubber aging. KERRY® KR-550 and KR-953 Tire Shiner restore a deep black appearance and leave a thin silicone film that adds gloss and helps protect against weathering and cracking. Apply tire dressing only to clean, dry sidewalls. If the tires are still wet after washing, use KERRY® KR-951 Foamy Tire Cleaner instead; it provides lighter protection but can be applied to damp rubber. The KC-550 semi-matt polymer dressing is suitable for both tire sidewalls and exterior plastic. Never apply tire-care products to tread or braking surfaces.

Unpainted plastic bumpers, moldings and exterior trim fade, turn gray and collect fine scratches over time. For a substantial color refresh, use KERRY® KR-961 Bumper Spray Paint. It is intended for unpainted plastic and is available in four colors. Clean, degrease and dry the surface before application for an even, durable finish. If black plastic is faded but does not require repainting, use KERRY® KR-280 Black Bumper Unpainted Plastic Restoration Polisher to restore deeper color and visually reduce light scuffing.

In summer, fabric upholstery collects dust, sand, footwear marks and food or drink spills. Heat and humidity can intensify unpleasant odors and allow contamination to settle deeper into the fibers. KERRY® fabric cleaners restore a fresh appearance without professional extraction equipment. A low-moisture cleaner is convenient for routine care and for the headliner, which should not be saturated. Use Velours and Fabric Interior Cleaner on heavier staining, then allow the surface to dry completely and vacuum it. A dedicated automotive odor neutralizer can be applied to clean, dry fabric to remove residual odors.

Cabin plastics are exposed continuously to dust, fingerprints, sunlight and temperature changes. KERRY® dashboard cleaners and polishes remove light contamination, restore color and leave a cared-for finish. Choose KR-905 or KR-505 for a factory-style matt effect, KR-906 or KR-907 for a soft sheen, or KR-908 for a stronger gloss. Apply the product to a microfiber cloth rather than directly to the panel, then spread it evenly. This controls the amount used and keeps silicone residue off the glass.

Door Trim
Door cards collect fingerprints, dust, road dirt, rain droplets and footwear marks, and often combine plastic, fabric, decorative inserts and glass. KERRY® KR-974 Active Foam Interior Cleaner is convenient for these mixed surfaces. Spray the foam evenly, let it work for 1–2 minutes, then remove it with a soft cloth or microfiber towel. Treat the cleaned plastic sections with a KERRY® dashboard polish to restore the finish and simplify future cleaning.

Leather seats require gentle maintenance. Clothing transfer, dust and body oils accumulate on the surface, while heat and sunlight can cause leather to lose softness, dry out and develop fine cracks. KERRY® KR-981, KR-581 and KR-281-1 Leather Cleaner and Conditioner products clean the surface while natural waxes and conditioning agents help retain softness and flexibility. Apply with a soft cloth, spread evenly, allow the product to work, then buff away any excess.

Interior glass collects dust, plasticizer film, fingerprints and light oily deposits. They may be almost invisible until low sunlight reveals streaks across the windshield, reducing visibility and increasing eye strain. Use KERRY® KR-922 foaming Glass Cleaner, KR-520 trigger-spray cleaner or KC-520 Wild Berries Glass Cleaner. Spray onto the glass or a microfiber towel, wipe uniformly, then buff with a separate clean, dry cloth. KC-590 Anti-Fog helps reduce condensation on interior glass when used as directed.
Clean the A/C System
Dust, dirt and moisture build up in the air-conditioning system, especially on the evaporator. This creates favorable conditions for unpleasant odors, mold and bacteria. Clean the system before intensive summer use with KERRY® KR-916 A/C System Cleaner. Spray the ventilation outlets and wait about five minutes, then remove the cabin air filter. Switch on recirculation and set the fan to maximum speed. Spray cleaner into the air intake, usually located in the front passenger footwell. Let the system run for 10–15 minutes, then ventilate the cabin thoroughly.
Summer Windshield Washers
KERRY® summer windshield washer super concentrates remove road dust, insect residue and other warm-weather contamination without leaving streaks. Dilute the concentrate with water in the ratio stated on the label, then fill the washer reservoir. Different fragrances make it easy to choose the version you prefer.
