- Warm the engine to normal operating temperature.
- Disable the ignition system and remove the spark plugs on a gasoline engine, or the injectors and glow plugs on a diesel engine.
- Turn the crankshaft until all pistons are at mid-stroke.
- Shake the can for at least one minute before use.
- Spray the product evenly into the cylinders through the extension probe.
- Repeat the foam treatment after 15 minutes.
- Allow the product to work for a further 30 minutes.
- Extract the spent fluid with a syringe or suitable service tool.
- Flush the combustion chambers with KERRY® KR-911 Carburetor Cleaner, then extract the spent fluid again.
- Cover the spark-plug wells with absorbent cloths to protect the engine bay from spray, then crank the engine for 10 seconds.
- Refit the spark plugs or injectors and restore the ignition system.
- Replace the engine oil and oil filter.
- Start the engine and let it idle for 10–15 minutes.
Important: Use with caution in heavily worn or severely contaminated engines. Do not exceed the recommended treatment time. Do not operate the can upside down.
