Primer Spray
High quality alkyd primer is intended for pre-painting metal and wooden surfaces with all types of paints. It is recommended for outdoor and indoor use. It has high adhesion, weather resistance and good covering characteristics. It can be easily applied to hard-to-reach surfaces and forms a durable coating on the painted surface. It dries fast, so the paint can be applied after 30 minutes of air drying.Application
- In order to avoid traces of aerosol, it is recommended to protect surfaces that are not to be treated.
- For best results, spray the paint at a minimum ambient temperature of +10°C.
- Shake well for 2-3 minutes before use.
- Spray the primer to a clean, thoroughly degreased surface. It is recommended to use KUDO® Silicone Remover for surface degreasing.
- Spray the primer from a distance of 25-30 cm, in 2 coats, with intercoat drying 10-15 minutes, at +20°C. Coating thickness: 10-15 µm per coat.
- Dry to touch at +20°C is 30 minutes, dry to handle at +20°C – 3 hours.
Acrylic PRIMER SPRAY
High-quality, professional automotive acrylic primer is intended for pre-painting ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts. It is also good for priming old paint coatings. It provides reliable anti-corrosion metal protection. KERRY® PRIMER SPRAY ensures strong adhesion of the base coating with a painted surface. It provides a good porous filling and is easily sanded resulting in a perfect surface without pores, rips or roughness. Can be painted with all types of paints.Application

- Shake well for 2-3 minutes before use.
- Metal surfaces should be cleaned of rust and scale, sanded with P80-P240 sand paper (dry sanding) before processing. Old paint coatings must be sanded off with sand paper P220-P320 (dry sanding) or with sand paper P400 (wet sanding). Then the surface should be carefully degreased.
- Spray the primer from a distance of 25-30 cm, in 2 coats, with intercoat drying 5-10 minutes, at +20°C. Coating thickness: 40-50 µm per coat.
- Dry to handle – 1,5 hours at +20°C or 30 minutes at +60°C.
- Before applying the paint, the primer must be sanded. P400-P500 sand paper is recommended for dry sanding, P800-P1000 for wet sanding
