Rust converters chemically treat residual corrosion after loose rust has been removed. They are not a substitute for mechanical surface preparation: remove scale, clean and degrease the metal, apply the converter, then follow with the specified primer and topcoat system.
Rust converter (trigger)
Effective product for rust converting on ferrous surfaces in order to prepare them for painting. The Rust Converter has excellent penetration thanks to its special components. Corrosion product modification is selective, the metal is not being affected, but it is covered with a protective ferrous-zinc-phosphate film which ensures high adhesion to all paint finishes, primers and coatings. A trigger sprayer provides the treatment of hidden cavities and hard-to-reach surfaces.Application
- For best results, apply the product at a minimum ambient temperature of +10°C.
- With a metal brush, remove loose rust from the surface to be treated.
- Shake well before use.
- Spray the compound to the dry surface.
- Leave for 30-40 minutes.
- Repeat the treatment, if necessary.
- Wash off with plenty of water and wipe the surface dry with a cloth.
- Apply the paint coat no later than 2 days after treatment.

- Use a brush to apply the product to the surface.
- Repeat the treatment after 10-15 minutes.
- Leave for 30-40 minutes.
- Wash off with plenty of water and wipe the surface dry with a cloth.
- Apply the paint coat no later than 2 days after treatment.
Important: Read the product label and technical information before use. Test on an inconspicuous area when surface compatibility is uncertain.
