Diesel Fuel System Additives

Diesel-fuel quality has a direct effect on starting, combustion, power, fuel economy and the service life of the injection system. Water promotes corrosion and ice formation, paraffin crystals restrict filters in cold weather, and poor ignition quality causes hard starting and harsher combustion.

Choosing the Right Additive

Use a diesel injector cleaner to remove deposits from injector nozzles, a cetane booster to improve ignition quality, and an anti-gel before wax crystals have formed. An anti-gel must be added to fuel that is still clear and fluid; it cannot dissolve a filter that is already blocked by crystallized paraffin.

Diesel injector cleaner

Designed to solve problems associated with contamination of injectors of diesel engines. By restoring the geometry of the nozzle jet, the cleaner significantly improves fuel combustion, stabilizes engine operation, and increases power. By increasing the lubricating properties of diesel fuel, it reduces the wear of fuel equipment, increasing its lifespan, and improves patency of fuel lines. Ensures moisture dispersion, prevents the development of corrosion and rust formation in the fuel system of diesel vehicles.

Application

  • Pour the product into the fuel tank before refuelling the vehicle.
  • One bottle is designed for 80 liters of diesel fuel.
  • Avoid getting the compound on the paintwork. In case of contact, immediately wash off with water.

Cetan-booster for diesel engines

Contains a unique complex of washing, dispersing and anticorrosive properties. The specially developed formula of the compound significantly reduces noise, ensures stable operation of the engine, improves its traction characteristics, eliminates detonation phenomena that occurs when using fuel of questionable quality, reduces engine wear, and reduces exhaust toxicity. Protects fuel system components from corrosion.

Application

  • It is poured into the fuel tank before refueling the vehicle
  • One bottle is designed for 45-50 liters of diesel fuel.
Warning! In case of contact with paint coatings, wash off immediately with water!

Diesel antigel concentrate (Russian winter super formula) 50 l.

An effective complex dispersant additive that significantly improves the low-temperature characteristics of diesel fuel. It blocks the growth of paraffin crystals and prevents their agglomeration and precipitation. The process significantly reduces the pour point (gelation) at which the fuel loses fluidity and the limiting filterability temperature (LFT) at which the filter becomes clogged. Prevents the formation of paraffin deposits in filters and other elements of the fuel system. Facilitates diesel engine start-ups and its reliable and stable operation during winters. Pour point and LFT are affected by the composition of the fuel and the mixing quality of the antigel inside it. KERRY winter series.

Application

  • Pour the contents of the vial into the fuel tank before refueling at temperature above the cloud point of the fuel.
  • Recommended additive injection temperature: not lower than +5°C for summer fuel and not lower than -15°C for winter fuel.
  • Refuel.
  • Avoid getting the additive on the paintwork. In case of contact, wash off immediately with water.
